I never saw this (or, at least, never recognized it)until this weekend when I had a case that is identical in appearance. BTW, if you Google prefemoral fat pad injury, your blog is one of the first hits!
Thanks. I just had to pediatric sports injury cases in a row this afternoon and have seen two or three other cases in the last year. Nothing in Stoller's 3rd edition on this entity.
