Prefemoral Fat Pad Contusion from Direct Injury




Prefemoral Fat Pad = Posterior Suprapatella Fat Pad = Supratrochlea Fat Pad

Also note -- femoral cortcal disruption and small subperiosteal haematoma.

  4. Thanks. I just had to pediatric sports injury cases in a row this afternoon and have seen two or three other cases in the last year. Nothing in Stoller's 3rd edition on this entity.
