I developed a tumefactive cyst in the right temporal lobe of my brain 14 years post stereotactic radiosurgery for a temporal lobe arterial venous malformation. I suffered complications after the first emergency surgery to aspirate the fluid from the cyst. I had two more emergency surgeries with a cerebral spinal fluid leak. I am now 4 years post-op and am doing well.
